With no home internet access for quite some time my blogging has been completely neglected. Now that we're all situated in our new home it is time to catch up!
So much has happened it's hard to know where to start. I've decided to work backwards from this New Year - otherwise you'll be reading about New Year's in about...April.
We are very excited for 2013 and to see what it holds for us. We hope if will be just as exciting as 2012, but without all the craze of this last year.
Here's a summary of our 2012:
- January - brought in the New Year in Reno with friends and family then took a trip to Houston
- February - enjoyed loving life in the cabin and saying goodbye to Seattle
- March - got our puppy, moved to Enid, America, then immediately left because it was so awful (just kidding, kind of) Zack headed to IFS in Colorado and I went home to Reno for sanity and comfort
- April - we moved into our new home
- May - we traveled to Phoenix, Zack began UPT, I began my new job, and I started this lovely blog
- June - we celebrated my birthday (can't remember anything else, because nothing else was important :)
- July - lots of family came to visit us--first my side then Zack's, Hazel became a new addition to our family, and Zack soloed in the T-6
- August - we celebrated Zack's birthday and our anniversary
- September - we helped dad and Nancy move
- October - I went home for Mad & Matt's wedding + 1 week
- November - Zack got tracked for helos, we had a few visitors, we traveled around Oklahoma then Kansas for Thanksgiving
- December - we moved to Alabama for about five days before we headed home for Christmas
So, as long as we don't move three times this year I think we'll have a lot less craze. 2012 was a good year, though. It was the start to our Air Force life, our careers, and our own little family.
We love Alabama and I can't wait to blog about our big move, new house, and introduction to the helo community.
The last picture of us in 2012!
